The Basics of On-Site for Realtors R-101 is one of the first of many.  It is a self directed study course, providing the participant with 6 Clock Hours.  The course consists of a printable Study Guide, seven modules, quizzes, and final exam, with a printable certificate upon successful completion.  Course Fee is $150.

By Arrangement with the Training Facility:  WOSSA offers approved 4 clock hour class

Come and join us for our 4 clock hour class, R-101 Realtor On-Site Septic Systems.

Register in advance or by phone and pay at the door.

Class cost is $40.00 and includes a light snack. Classes run from 9AM until 2 PM depending on how long we take for lunch.

This class held at the NWOTC center on the WSU Extension Research facility in Puyallup, includes a walk through of our On-Site demonstration project.

We also can schedule classes directly at your office if this would be more convenient.
