Troubleshooting Information if You Experience Issues When Taking On-line Courses

Please note that all courses require compatible devices and software. Students should use a laptop or desktop PC running Windows 7 or higher, or a Mac running OSX 10 or higher, with a compatible browser. We recommend the use of Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer (ver. 11 or higher). It’s also important to be sure your browser plugins and related software is up to date.

To make this easy, students should visit: http://supportdetails.com/ … then review the results. This website will quickly and easily provide details on your browser version, flash version, Javascript version and Cookie status. If you find any of these are missing or disabled or out of date, you should update them at their provider’s site, as they’re a very likely cause of problems viewing our training content.

You can obtain/update Java here:https://java.com/en/

You can obtain/update Flash player here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

You can obtain/update Adobe Reader here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

In addition, please make sure your browser is configured to allow pop-ups from http://campus.educadium.com/wossa2learn/.

If you don’t know how to do this, go to www.google.com and search for the following: “disable pop-up blocker ” where is the name of the browser you’re using. You will receive simple stepby-step directions at the top of the search results. Our training also requires that your browser is configured to accept cookies. A ‘cookie’ is a small file the browser uses to store information about your account login and session. If your browser is not using cookies then problems can occur. The above referenced supportdetails.com website will tell you if your browser isn’t accepting cookies from the web page. If not, you need to go to Google and search for : “how to enable cookies in ” where is the name of the browser you’re using. You’ll receive simple step-by-step directions on how to enable cookies at the top of the search results.
