Membership in WOSSA signifies that one belongs to the only statewide association for on-site wastewater professionals. It gives one the opportunity to take advantage of numerous benefits, including representing and promoting the on-site wastewater industry in a variety of important ways. The industry needs a vocal and visible association to be representing it - WOSSA is that organization.
WOSSA represents the industry in a number of important venues, including representation on two Department of Health committees - the Technical Review Committee and the On-site Advisory Committee. WOSSA has also been vitally represented in the department of legislation, governor's task forces, insurance program development, development of beginner and advanced training programs, as well as others.
Your voice, participation, time and dedication are needed. Both you and the industry will greatly benefit from your participation.
